The location was acceptable with many restaurants around the hotel.
The room felt small. There was almost no room to move around with my suitcase. there was only one English channel and it only showed BBC news.

onsen comfortstation accessheating problemunhelpful staff
the onsen was relaxing. the nearest station had quick access to many places.. seibu-shinjuku station offered direct access to kawagoe.
the centralised air conditioning was only set to heating. there was no option for a fan so i had no airflow.. the staff were abrupt and not overly helpful.
